Virtual Clerk of Course™ runs the clerk of course desk at your meet — scratches, check-ins and live event status — and puts the same live view in everyone's hand.

One club pays. Everyone at the meet uses it free. Only the Meet Boss role is subscribed — swimmers, parents, coaches, clerks, admin officials and announcers never pay anything, and never need an account to look something up.

You only pay for the months you host, so it works out as pay-per-meet. Set against what it costs to put a meet on, it's a rounding error on one weekend's entry fees.

Billing & payment

Subscriptions are sold and processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, which handles checkout, billing, and applicable sales tax. We never see your card details. Cancel anytime; your meet data always stays in your own Google Sheets.
