Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid Meet Boss subscriptions for Virtual Clerk of Course, operated by OneNerdyCrafter LLC. Viewer and Meet Clerk access are free and are never billed. Subscriptions are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which issues any refunds on our behalf.

During the free beta there are no charges, so nothing is refundable because nothing is billed. The terms below apply once paid subscriptions begin.

14-day money-back guarantee

Every new Meet Boss subscription — monthly and annual — includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment: request a refund within 14 days and we will refund it in full.

As with all digital services sold through Paddle, this guarantee applies until you begin benefiting from the paid features. At checkout you consent to immediate access to the Meet Boss tools, so once a meet you are hosting has started, the service has been delivered and that payment is no longer refundable.

Setting up a meet does not use up your guarantee. You can create your meet, configure your sessions and events, invite your staff, and preview the whole thing — and still get a full refund if Virtual Clerk of Course turns out not to be right for your club. The guarantee ends only when you actually run a meet on it.

Renewals

After that first 14-day window, subscription renewals are non-refundable once the new billing period begins, because a Meet Boss subscription grants immediate access to run meets. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to request a refund

Refunds are issued by Paddle. You can request one directly from the Paddle receipt/confirmation email for your purchase, or contact us at virtualswimclerkofcourse@gmail.com and we'll help. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law. Where local law grants a mandatory right to a refund, that right applies regardless of the terms above.
