Delete My Data

Virtual Clerk of Course is a registered trade name of OneNerdyCrafter LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. You can permanently delete the personal data tied to your account at any time, using either method below.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

1. Open Virtual Clerk of Course and make sure you are signed in with Google.
2. Open Settings (the ⚙ icon).
3. Under Account, tap Delete my data and confirm.

This immediately and permanently removes your data from our servers and signs you out.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email virtualswimclerkofcourse@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Google sign-in, with the subject "Delete my data." We will delete your data and confirm, typically within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your synced favorites (the swimmer names you follow, stored server-side).
• Your notification sign-ups (email / SMS / push opt-ins and the triggers you chose).

What is not deleted by this request

Swim-meet results, and any scratch / check-in request you submitted (including the IP address recorded with it), live in the host organization's Google Sheet, which Virtual Clerk of Course does not control. To remove those, contact the organization that hosts your meet. Meet Bosses can remove their stored Google credential by revoking access in Google Account → Security → Third-party apps.
